I tried the 1080 but the shoe is just too snug for my foot, although the sizing is supposed to be true.

The 880 fits great!

Holy Cow! What a great analysis with tech info and personal perspective. I was in a NB store today and the sales person offered the same general viewpoint for my fast walk and daily body weight exercise routine. It’s the 880 for me. Thank you.

In reply to Howard Jungkind. Thanks for the comment Howard. Sorry to hear about your condition. The 1080 does offer a rocker feature, but I can't tell if it's going to help with your condition. The good news most running shoe companies have good return policies. So, try on a shoe and certainly tell us if it has helped or not.

I have a condition called drop foot or neuropathy. I am interested in a shoe that promotes a rocking motion. In most traditional shoes, as soon as my heel touches down, the front of the foot crashes down resulting in a real slapping sound. If the 1080 provides more of a rocking motion, that’s the shoe for me.

Is the 880 series good for higher arches? I’m having a hard time getting the answer on the v9 never mind the v10
